Automation Usage Restrictions

• Use broadcast messaging only for contacts who have previously engaged with your business
• Maintain professional communication standards and avoid spam or unsolicited messaging
• Monitor your account health and discontinue use if you experience any WhatsApp warnings
• Respect WhatsApp's messaging limits and community guidelines at all times
• Use scheduling features only for planned, legitimate business communications

Semi-Automated Scheduling Model

WhatsBizPro's scheduling feature uses a semi-automated approach designed to comply with WhatsApp's policies:

Prohibited Activities

You may not use WhatsBizPro to:

• PDF documents you upload (such as company policies, guidelines, or training materials)
• Custom instructions and rules you establish for your business communications

All AI responses are computer-generated based on your training inputs and should not be considered as professional advice, legal counsel, or human expertise beyond the context you have provided.

Document Processing & Training

When you upload PDF documents to train the AI:

• The AI analyzes and extracts key information to populate your communication guidelines
• Company policies, procedures, and rules are processed to inform AI responses
• You retain full control over editing and refining the extracted information
• The AI uses this customized training to provide responses aligned with your business practices

User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• You must not rely exclusively on AI suggestions for important business decisions
• You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated responses comply with applicable laws and regulations
• You must use AI features ethically and in accordance with your professional standards

Accuracy Limitations

Training Data Responsibility

• Content Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all training materials you provide
• Document Rights: You must have proper rights to upload and use any PDF documents for AI training purposes
• Business Guidelines: Ensure all uploaded policies and guidelines comply with applicable laws and regulations
• AI Oversight: Regularly review and update your AI training to maintain accuracy and compliance

Customization Limitations

Data Processing & Storage

PDF documents and AI training materials are securely stored on our servers for persistent AI customization. Conversation content is processed via secure API calls to third-party AI services (Google Gemini) for real-time analysis and immediately deleted after processing. AI responses are generated through external API requests and not stored on our servers.

Hybrid Storage Model

WhatsBizPro uses a hybrid approach to data storage:

Stored on Our Servers:

• PDF documents uploaded for AI training
• AI personality configuration and training materials
• Custom business guidelines and communication templates

Stored Locally (Your Device Only):

• CRM contact information you manually enter
• Scheduled message data
• Extension settings and preferences
• Temporary conversation data for analysis

Processed & Deleted:

• Real-time conversation analysis sent to third-party AI services (Google Gemini)
• AI-generated responses and insights (processed via API, not stored)
• Temporary data required for AI functionality

Server-Side Data Storage

User Data Responsibility

• Backup: You are responsible for backing up any important data stored by the extension
• Security: Ensure your device and browser are secure to protect locally stored data
• Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss due to browser issues, device problems, or user actions

Data Retention

Data retention varies by type: AI training documents are stored persistently on our servers, local extension data is retained until manual deletion or uninstallation, and conversation data sent to AI services is processed immediately and deleted.

"As-Is" Service Provision

WhatsBizPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

Indemnification

Copyright Infringement Policy (DMCA Compliance)

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content accessible through WhatsBizPro infringes your copyright:

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.

User's Right to Discontinue

You may stop using WhatsBizPro at any time by:

Data Deletion
